On Wednesday, October 4, 2017, the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) agreed unanimously with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) in regard to the strains to include in influenza virus vaccines for the 2018 southern hemisphere influenza season.
